Contact FTRVA
Reach out to Al and set up a 15 min. phone call or Google meeting to talk about your story and what goals you’re looking to achieve. If he can help, he will. If not, perhaps he’ll helping point you toward someone who can.

Assess
Your first sessions are usually Al deciding if your body that we spoke about is the actual the body we’re working with. Together we’ll decide strategies, training frequencies, intensities, etc.

Train & Maintain
This is where the magic happens. We work together, session by session, building on your progress - and as you grow stronger, your program evolves with you.
